version fix (was developed on latest greatest)
- works with minecraft versions >= 1.21.2
- works with fabric loader versions >=0.16.10
enhancement and bug fix
- allow creative player damage
- allow thorns enchant damage (arguably gray)
- added "hot floor" and "cramming" damage to list of canceled damage (player could use magma or cramming to harm/kill mobs)
lore fix
- dragon needs to be killed. technical reason: challenge needs to be completed, lore reason: ethical argument TBD
