The mod added features for all branches of the game. This description will show the intial things the mod has added. If you want to explore blindly, don't read the next paragraphs.
New biomes added (redwood forest, rubber forest, nether infestation, deadlands, xtreme hills). Here is what each biome does. Redwood Forest: Based on the redwood forests of northern California. The trees are massively tall.
Rubber Forest: The trees hold rubber logs, crafting it to planks. Use the planks to make rubber. It can make erasers and wheels.
Nether Infestation: The ground is netherrack. Extra gold found and the sky is orange and hot. Water boils to a point of being orange.
Deadlands: The forest is dead like the pale garden, but there's still some life. Villages can spawn, and perhaps a dimension?
Xtreme Hills: THESE HILLS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!1!
There are a bunch of dimensions added and here are their biomes (All of these dimension portals are built like the nether portal).
The Moon: Built with the moon portal igniter and a frame of stone. It is the moon along with space colonies (villages), alien temples (desert temples), UFOs that fell to the harsh moon (shipwrecks), and strongholds. There are caves to find special moon ores.
Dead Dimension: Built with the Skull of Ra and a frame of Dead Planks. This dimension is a huge expanse of the deadlands, as if the deadlands of the overworld were actually from this dimension, and is invading to the overworld like the nether.
HyperTravel: Cheese. Cheese frame, and a cheesey cookie (Inedible FarCookie). The world is cheese. Cheese obelisks, the caves are cheese and everything. This dimension is for a use. 1 block here is worth 16 blocks of overworld, like the nether.
Hardirt: Built with Stoned Dirt, and a Dirt Thing (both obtained by compressing dirt). This entire place looks like the overworld, but everything is hardened. The shard grass requires a pickaxe to mine, and the rock hard dirt is hard as a rock, so it also needs a pickaxe just to break. However, you can survive here. There are animals to kill and eat, and it looks like someone has tried surviving here already. There's 2 biomes, the hardirt plains, and hardirt forest. There are ores that make you progress in the dimension, like the overworld does with its progression. The top tier ore is Fleshfin. Use it to craft the meated yield and a dimensional flesh block frame to access...
The Meatflesh: This place is comparable to the nether. It has the same world type, and the endless amount of biostone is to be seen. There is also the bluefields, with endless amount of blue. You'll find the Finheads throughout the entire dimension, and the blueze of the bluefields.
Aether: You heard of it. Glowstone frame and aether bucket.
Micro: Uses blocks of pure flesh as the frame, and an ultra microscope for the ignition. You'll be in the microbiome. Endless fields of skin and flesh below. Giant hair follicles protrude out of the flesh, and deep down you'll find red blood cells and bacteria. This entire dimension is all in the frames of the portal, as you shrink down to the size of a cell.
Alpha: Uses grass blocks as a frame and nostalgia to ignite. This place resembles the olden days of Alpha Minecraft. The neon green grass and the old textures of the world. Quite a simple place to be in.
Now for all the other goodies. New foods: Cheese, Forbidden Cheese, Far Cookie, Inedible Far Cookie, Burgers and Fries, Beans, Cooked Organ, Cooked Tropical Fish, Flesh (rotten flesh without the rot), Fleshy Strips, Cooked Organism, TV Dinner, and Sausage (raw and cooked).
Weapons and Tools: Gun and bullets, Broom, Slingsot, Flail, Scissors, Knife
Other items: Trays, Coins, Medication, Bait, Grains, Written Paper, Pencil and Pen, Eraser, Plastic, Rocks, Hot rocks, Car Scraps, Engine, Wheel, Sludge, Brain, Heart, Tweezers, Gloves, Syringe, Stethoscope, and Abstraction.
There are also new materials with full sets of tools and armor. Uranium: Strongest tools in the game. Found deep in the overworld. They emit light, but they are still very rare.
Tack, Puepil, Fleshfin: The 3 ores of progression of the Hardirt Dimension. Tack is the iron level, Puepil is between iron and diamond, and Fleshfin is diamond level.
Ruby: Found at the levels above deepslate, but are still quite deep. Tools and armor are quite good.
Endite: Ores of the End. Very high tier.
Fart Flake: They don't have anything. Very common, very useless.
New ores weren't just the things added. Every ore (except amythest) has a set of tools and armor. Even wood and stone has armor.
A new cool feature is the Egger. Use egg and sperm, sugar cane, red mushroom to craft this. This item can craft spawn eggs using an item related to the mob. Here is the list of mobs currently added to the list. Pig, Chicken, Cow: use their meat to make the egg.
Zombie, Human: Use their flesh to make the egg.
Skeleton: Use bone to make the egg.
Villager: Use emeralds to make the egg.
Creeper: Use gunpowder to make the egg.
Ghast: Use ghast tears to make the egg.
More will be added, eventually all mobs will have their eggs.
There's also new blocks that can do things. Television: Right now does nothing, but will eventually be functional.
Stash: Found in the towers. When broken, a random item will drop. Could it be diamonds, or maybe a cookie?
Drawer: Nice furniture piece. Using slabs and planks, you'll get a container with 15 slots. Less than a chest, but it does great for a house.
Stack of Paper/Written Paper: Looks cool for the office. When broken, the stack will break to 9 individual papers.
Block of Greens: Quite bushy, can be used for the garden.
Table: Looks like a table, and you can put stuff on top of it.
Knife Sharpener: Used to sharpen a knife. When a knife is low on durability, just sharpen it and it's all brand new!
There's also new types of blocks to pre-existing blocks. Gold, Diamond, and Emerald blocks, along with netherrack, all have a slab and stair variant. Flex your riches by finally making a proper emerald roof and diamond stairs to your throne.
Rocks are a new type of feature, you can find them anywhere in the world. Make a block of rocks with them, and use rocks as a projectile for slingshots.
New entities! Deer: Passive creatures, and you'll find them in taigas and redwood forests.
Cars: Using an engine and iron and redstone, they will drive fast and far.
Chairs: Sit down the proper way.
Humans: These Steves will no longer make you the only player in the world.
New villager type: Advertiser! They will try to sell you items like TV dinner, A useless block, and some medication. Side effects may be present using the medication.
There are also some new structures.
Abandoned Hardirt Base: Found in the hardirt dimension, they are bases from players that couldn't handle the enviroment. A portion of the base is missing, as they died before they could sustain themselves.
Tower: Tall structures with stash and little rooms. Great place to loot at.
Obelisk: Many types of obelisks. There are 11 types of obelisks found around the world. They are the Obelisk, Egyptian Obelisk, Cheese Obelisk, Logelisk, End Obelisk, Wooden Obelisk, Impossible Obelisk, Hardirt Obelisk, Preserved and Unpreserved Obelisk, and Librarian Obelisk.
Car Dealership: They have naturally spawning cars to take and go away with. No need to craft, when you can find!
Conspirasist Lab: This rundown house has a cheesey frame, and his chest includes a cookie and slice of cheese. What is he up to?
City: A big area with spanning roads, streets with houses and skyscrapers, and many buildings! There is life in the city, along with cars, so you can find a house for sale and be one with the citizens. The city is very rare, so you want to use /locate command. They are found in plains and deserts.
New fluids are present. There is blood, oil, and urine.
There are more things in the mod, but they aren't that interesting. This description has basically all you need to know on what this mod has to offer.
