Every Action Has a Price
You pay for almost everything you do.
Break a block — charged. Place a torch — charged. Open a chest — charged. Sleep — charged. Die — one hundred off your balance. Even existing in the world costs money. Welcome to the most absurd bureaucracy in Minecraft. This mod turns survival into a satirical economy: a small starting budget, fees everywhere, growing debt, and an Inspector who may show up to confiscate your items. Without reducing what you owe. Because the state said so.
💰 Economy
Starting balance: 100 ₽ Balance persists between sessions You can go negative and build up debt Debt accrues interest (default 5% per in-game day) Charges can appear in chat (toggleable) On-screen balance HUD In multiplayer, other players’ balances can show under yours (configurable)
You pay for almost every action :3
📈 Debt & the Inspector
If your balance goes negative:
debt keeps growing; past a threshold, with a chance that rises every +50 ₽, an Inspector mob may spawn; it walks to you, searches your inventory, and takes 3–4 of the most valuable items; debt is not reduced — items are confiscated “for the state”; hitting the Inspector costs an extra fine; an “inspector bribe” backfires: it takes the bribe and adds another −50 ₽.
With very high debt (≥ 500 ₽) you can get prison: teleported to a “cell” for a minute. Debt stays. There are also random inspections: “you dig too much,” a fine, or a random inventory slot seized “for the record.”
🏪 Sell Terminal
A sell terminal item: put items in → SELL.
Item sell prices show in tooltips in green. Diamonds are ~10 ₽ as a baseline (the market rate drifts over time). The state takes a commission on sales (percent + flat fee). A cashier bribe skips commission for 5 minutes.
🎰 Casino
Craft a gambling module and a casino chip (chips rarely appear in chests) → place the Casino block.
Bets come from your balance, ~20% win chance, ×3 payout.
Your first loss comes with a special message about not playing the slots.
🎁 Special items
Cashier bribe — no terminal commission for 5 minutes Inspector bribe — you really shouldn’t Temporary indulgence — no charges at all for 5 minutes Duty cancellation decree — permanently disable one fee type (item is consumed) Foil hat — all prices = 0 until you take damage (1 durability, 0 armor) Receipt — spending summary; details via /balance history
⚙️ Commands & config

Main menu button “₽ Prices”: fee pages, HUD, other players’ balances, inspector chances, terminal commission, reset to defaults.
Also: config/actionprice.json.

The idea
This is not a “fair economic overhaul.” It’s about staring at a torch ten minutes in and thinking, “Do I really need this for one ruble?” — then placing it anyway. Then dying, losing 100 ₽, and hearing the Inspector’s siren. Every action has a price. Especially doing nothing.
