-Veil update
- Updated to Veil 1.2.1
- Added configs for Accelerated glyphs color and Accelerated shader strength (Warning : values too high may be too bright/unplayable)
- Fixed a crash if the user uses bad color values as hex
- Added the dependecies (on all versions) so it doesn't crash on launch
-Added a config for custom color selection
