Largely a bugfix and minor refactor release.
SERVER OWNERS This release uses the Disabler API instead of a built-in system. Check the README for the disablable features.

- Fix AutoAFK checking for movement every 10 seconds instead of every one second
- Add ping checker to ensure the client has a stable connection to the server before reconnecting
- Notify when AutoAFK turns on and off
- Settings now do not toggle in the file from anything changing them, only the user will change the settings in the file and other changes will be temporary
