✨ New Features & Visuals
- PvP Forced Cure Ritual: Humans can now cure zombie/skeleton players via a combat-oriented surgery ritual. Throw a Splash Potion of Holiness to "stun" them, then right-click them with a Golden Apple. (Suggested by @CloneRex3 in Issue #1)
- Skeleton Surgery: Skeletons have a much more detailed curing ritual. While stunned, humans must right-click them with 24 pieces of Rotten Flesh to rebuild their body limb-by-limb before applying the Golden Apple.
- Undead Commander: Old Zombies and Wither Skeletons can now tame other undead mobs to fight for them! Old Zombie players can tame all zombie types using Rotten Flesh, while Wither Skeleton players can tame Skeletons and Wither Skeletons using Bones.
- Undead Mounts (Spiders & Horses): Skeleton players can now ride, steer, and climb walls with Spiders (and Cave Spiders if turn the toggle ON in the mod settings). Additionally, Zombie players can tame and ride Zombie Horses using Rotten Flesh, and Skeleton players can tame and ride Skeleton Horses using Bones.
- MORE Rusty Iron: Added Rusty Iron Doors, Trapdoors, Bars, and Rusty Iron Horse Armor! You can craft them by tossing their normal iron counterparts into Infected Water.
- New Advancements: Added "Field Surgeon" (successfully cure a Zombie player in PvP) and "Army of the Dead" (tame undead mobs).
⚖️ Balance Changes
- Holy Water Rebalance: Splash Potions of Holiness no longer instantly kill zombie/skeleton players. Instead, they drop the player to half a heart (1 HP) and apply a massive "stun" debuff (Slowness, Weakness, and Glowing).
- Tamed Mob Logic: Tamed undead will follow you, defend you, and attack your targets. Tamed skeleton arrows will harmlessly pass right through you and your other tamed minions. They will also automatically untame if you are cured or transition between zombie/skeleton stages.
- Snow Golems: Snow Golems are now actively aggressive towards zombie and skeleton players! Snowballs deal knockback but with 0 actual health damage.
- Post-Cure Buffs: Successfully completing the Forced Cure ritual on a zombie player now grants them 5 seconds of Regeneration II and 2 minutes of Absorption I.
🐛 Bug Fixes & Polish
- Cured State Bug: Fixed an issue where force-cured zombie players kept their zombie state effects even after reverting to a human.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
