hello/ Bonjour/ السلام عليكم/ مرحبا.
This is my first ever mod i made using MCreator (I dont know how to java code lol so yh)
It essentially adds Airdrops to minecraft, this is gonna be apart of a bigger modpack kinda thing, where im aiming to make a more Milsim/ Tarkov-Like modpack, heres the basic mechanics kinda things:
You get airdrops after you rank up in XP Level, so if you're:
Under level 10? you get a pretty standard crate, with meds, coal, planks, cobblestone, tools, food, etc.
Over level 10? you get the more spicy stuff, theres still the chance you get the standard crate, but heres the overview of the crates you can get after XP Level 10:
- Weapons crate (has vanilla and point blank weapons)
- Valuables crate (diamonds, gold, etc)
- Both Utilities crates (the utilities crate you get when youre under level 10 and there is another one you get after level 10, so 2 different loot tables pretty much)
Over Level 20? You get a nice Milspec crate with cool stuff!
so yeah, thats my mod in a nutshell-ish, like i said, this is my first ever minecraft mod, let me know your opinions in the comments, cos feedback really does help me improve the mod and sand down any imperfections, i will admit and be 100% honest, this mod is far far far from perfect, needs work, but its a good start tbh...
whats planned:
- Plane passing over which delivers the airdrop
- Flare gun usage to call the airdrop
- adding this into my soon to be milsim/ tarkov-like survival modpack
- adding more gun mods into the airdrops
idk if i am gonna make this open source, but you guys can go ahead and pop this into your modpacks, feel free, but please, credit me, thatll be greatly appreciated.
