Alex's Mobs Continued

Alex's Mobs Continued is a Fabric port of the popular Alex's Mobs mod, originally created by AlexModGuy, brought to Minecraft 26.1.2. It adds roughly 116 new creatures to the game — each with its own custom model, textures, animations, and behaviour — and faithfully recreates the original mod's content and gameplay on a modern Fabric setup.

This is an unofficial continuation. The goal is simple: keep the Alex's Mobs experience playable on the latest Minecraft, staying as close to the original as possible.

What this mod does

It populates your world with a large, varied roster of animals and monsters that spawn naturally in their matching biomes — from grizzly bears, tigers, and gorillas on land, to sharks, orcas, and catfish in the water, to soul vultures and stradlers in the Nether and beyond. Each creature looks and behaves like its Alex's Mobs original.

How to use it

Explore the world and the mobs will spawn in their biomes, just like the original. In Creative, you can place any creature instantly with its spawn egg from the creative inventory.

All original mob designs, models, textures, animations, and concepts are the work of AlexModGuy and the Alex's Mobs team. This project is an unofficial port created to keep that content playable on current Minecraft versions; full credit for the original mod belongs to its authors.
