1. Now the forge drops when mined with a pickaxe.
2. Fixed crash of mod version 1.1.3 related to config registration.

Changes

• Common config was created.
• Added parameter to config "enablePassiveFuelConsumption".
• Fuel consumption has been changed. Previously, the forge passively spent 1 unit of fuel per tick + fuel consumption for crafting. Now this is controlled by a parameter in the configuration and fuel consumption is not summed up.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug with the network serializer of recipes, now when using the mod on the server everything will be fine
