The Grower

It spreads to adjacent blocks that aren't itself, obsidian or air every half a second, replacing them with itself and itself with obsidian. Can spread only up to 32 blocks.

Piss Nuke

It's... an interesting explosive. When primed it spawns 5 primed TNTs that detonate after a little over 4 seconds. And it also plays a meme sound.

Artillery TNT

It detonates immediately after being primed, and throws 16 primed TNTs in all directions, equally-spaced, each having a slightly longer fuse (from 2 seconds up to 2.8).

Allied Mastercomputer

He has been sealed in a downsized version of his hateful monolith for eternity, only being able to say mean things to you when you right-click him. Can be found as a rare structure.

Anything

When placed, it will make 10 attempts to become a random nearby block in a 64x64x64 area around it. If it fails all 10 attempts, it will become air. Creative-only.

Piss Bricks

Plays a short song snippet on repeat until broken. Just a reference to The Fantastic Game. Creative-only.

Bazooka

It shoots missiles. That's all it does.

Single-use Nullifier

Unmakes entities on left-click and blocks on right-click. Unmaking blocks doesn't update adjacent blocks, and no drops occur when unmaking anything. Rumor has it that unmaking players will result in something... strange.

Ñ

A letter so powerful it does 128000 damage. Creative-only, fortunately.

Teleporter

A direct upgrade to ender pearls. Right-click once and you'll teleport where you're looking, up to 128 blocks. Can sometimes randomly fail.

Flare Gun

Shoots flares that illuminate the path. A little buggy (and laggy if you don't have OptiFine), but it works very well.

There is a 2% chance that you will get this item instead of whatever you were trying to craft or smelt. Other than that, it's purely a crafting ingredient.

Syringe

Purely a crafting ingredient.

It generates in... lakes. If you swim in it, you are a freak, but you will also occasionally be getting Piss Bricks (the items).

Biomes

Comically Large Plains

These plains have a base height very near the build limit! Perfect for deep underground bases or flying with elytras - as long as you can climb their large cliffsides, of course. They also exclusively use big oak trees, which results in the trees frequently being cutoff by the build limit.

Probably Chunk Corruption

Yes, this is its name, and it is very rare. At the borders, the terrain rapidly curves upwards as if transitioning to something enormous (like Comically Large Plains), but then... there's just water and bedrock at the very bottom. Nothing else.
