To use the mods for 1.21.11 you need this version of mod menu (for now) - https://modrinth.com/mod/modmenu/version/17.0.0-alpha.1 Also keep in mind I was only able to test in single player, once servers update ill test it more.
This one was very difficult to get working, possible to give issues, but starts up fine for me
