The long anticipated 0.1.5 version of APEL is out for Minecraft 1.21.8, we plan on supporting 1.21.2, 1.20.1/1.20.2 and other major versions soon

This is to support the 1.21 version. At most will continue its development on this version(if mojang doesn't release any newer versions for a long time)
