A single new feature: Modpack Maketh Mode - A section in the config that only appears when a large modlist is present.

Bug Fixes:

Thanks to Modpack Maketh Mode, long JEI loading times should not be a persistent issue. Then again, it's kind of a bandaid solution, isn't it.
