Assorted Locks

Adds padlocks, keys, key rings and the locksmith workbench. Give a lock and a key the same combination at the workbench and only that key opens what the lock is on.

Features

• Set a combination on locks and keys at the locksmith workbench.
• Use a padlock on a door, chest, ender chest, barrel, hopper or shulker box to lock it. What's inside stays inside.
• Keep the matching key anywhere in your inventory to open it.
• Sneak and use a locked block with an empty hand while carrying the key to take the padlock off again.
• Every vanilla door can be locked, and so can the doors from Assorted Building Blocks.
• A key ring holds up to 12 keys and opens anything any of them would.
• A locked ender chest opens the ender storage for its combination, shared with anyone who has the same one.
• With the other Assorted Storage mods installed, their chests, barrels, hoppers, shulker boxes, crates and containers can be locked too.

Updating from Assorted Storage 11.x

Worlds made with Assorted Storage 11.x keep everything when you switch to this mod, including what's stored inside. Don't install it beside Assorted Storage 11.x.

Requirements

• Assorted Lib
• NeoForge, or Fabric Loader with Fabric API

Locks also comes in Assorted Storage with the other Storage mods, if you'd rather have them all in one download.
