Astolfo Mod 1.3.1!

After 8 months, I finally decided to update this mod! During revamping of my Discord server, I was reminded of the existence of this mod, and decided to finally give it the update that it deserves!

There are no changes apart from that it was updated from version 1.20.1 to 1.21.4 and that I switched from Forge to NeoForge.
