Dataview

• Dataview allows admins to view the data that Vortex has collected in an easy to read web panel by using the
  /vortex dataview command.
  No additional configuration necessary.

• Added Data collection methods:
  • Chunk Generation
  • Command Usage

An issue that in retrospect seems obvious is that in the previous builds of Vortex the modIDs are only instantiated into the hashmaps when they are incremented in usage. from 0 -> 1; therefore, mods that are never used (the primary reason for this mod in the first place) go unrecognized.

To resolve this issue we've added the /vx unused command.

• Added /vx unused : Lists mods with not tracked interactions.
• Updated the /vx help command.

• Added /help and /export commands.
• /help will provide users with a idea of what the mod does and how to use it.
• /export will allow admins to export their data whenever they'd like rather than waiting for server shutdown.

• Resolved issue where the Data Extractor would overwrite itself due to the naming convention only accounting for YYYY-mm-dd.
• Resolved issue where non-operators could use the alias despite not being able to use the longform command.

Fixed neoforge.mods.toml & gradle.properties causing errors.
