⚠️ IMPORTANT: The Dragon Egg is consumed in crafting! Since you can only obtain one Dragon Egg per world (from defeating the Ender Dragon), this item is essentially irreplaceable. Craft wisely!

Combat Strategy

  1. Equip Dragon Head in your helmet slot
  2. Equip Attack Elytra in your chest slot
  3. Launch into flight using fireworks or from high ground
  4. Dive toward enemies to trigger collision attacks
  5. Watch them fly!

💡 Tip: Hitting enemies while flying is trickier than it looks! Practice your aerial maneuvers and don't expect to feel the kinetic energy impact - the game handles collision detection automatically.

⚠️ Important Notes

Dragon Egg Consumption

The Dragon Egg is consumed when crafting Attack Elytra. Since each world only has one Dragon Egg (obtained by defeating the Ender Dragon), you can typically only craft one Attack Elytra per world.

Options if you lose it:

  • Use commands to obtain another Dragon Egg (creative/cheats)
  • Defeat the Ender Dragon in a different dimension (if using mods)
  • Start a new world

Combat Tips

  • Aerial Combat is Challenging: Hitting enemies while flying requires practice and precision
  • No Kinetic Feedback: The game doesn't provide physical feedback when you hit enemies - watch for damage numbers and knockback effects
  • Speed Management: Build up speed for maximum damage, but maintain control
  • Dragon Head Required: Without a Dragon Head equipped, Attack Elytra functions as a normal elytra
