New worlds now start players inside the nearest stronghold, prioritizing jail cells, libraries, portal rooms, or nearby corridors.
World spawn and player respawn are bound to stronghold interiors so deaths keep you underground unless you move your spawn.
Respawns near beds are now “sticky”: if a bed spawn is obstructed, the mod searches for a safe spot close to the bed instead of sending players far away or to the surface.
Fallback logic ensures that even if parts of the stronghold are blocked or destroyed, the mod still tries to keep players in a safe stronghold room whenever possible.
