Meow sound when someone meows (toggleable), also optional hearts particals on meow. Also fixed not being able to add "Meow" to /automeow say <text> (im a moron)

Add REPLY_TEXT with validation for cat sounds (mer*, m+rr+p+, m+ro+w+, ny+a+~*); default meow
New command: /automeow say <text> to change reply (validated)
Mod Menu: add Reply text field (validated) and Append :3 to reply toggle
Persist replyText and appendFace in config/automeow.json; load at startup, save on change/exit
Allow MY_MESSAGES_REQUIRED = 0 to disable the “my messages” requirement; Mod Menu slider now 0..10
ModMenu support (requires Cloth Config API if using mod menu)!!! YIPPIE. also tidied code up a lil bit.
