-Introducing more tiers of shields (yay) -added Shield Parry Blocking! (Disabled by default)
Very important: All shield items must now be tagged with balanced shield's "shield" tag to have shield tolerance!
This allows compatability with fryc parry.
Tags for the Guarding shield now only load when Guarding is present.
Code Cleanup and removed leftover debug message.
Many Changes and additions to the Tags system. Tweaked a few small things and improved reliability.
