Know it all at a glance, without crafting a clock and without cluttering your screen.

Beautiful Day Counter HUD

A tiny, 100% client-side HUD that looks like it always belonged in Minecraft: a day counter, a clock and a day/night bar that fills up as the sun moves across the sky.

Works on Fabric, NeoForge and Forge · Plays fine on any server, vanilla included · Weighs less than 30 KB

✨ Features

📅 Day counter. See exactly how many days your world has lived through. Perfect for hardcore runs, challenges and "100 days" videos.

🕒 In-game clock. The real Minecraft time in 24h or 12h (AM/PM) format. Never again get caught outside when the mobs spawn.

🌈 A bar that follows the sun. A thin bar fills from midnight to midnight and changes color with the time of day: 🟣 night → 🟡 dawn → 🔵 day → 🌸 sunset

🎉 Milestone celebrations. On day 50, day 365 and every 100 days the counter turns rainbow, your heart becomes a Golden Apple (a Totem of Undying from day 500) and a level-up sound plays at dawn. A little reward for surviving!

⚔️ Game mode icon. Heart in Survival, hardcore heart in Hardcore, grass block in Creative, sword in Adventure, Ender Eye in Spectator.

📐 Top or bottom. Keep it at the top, or put it just above the hotbar. It moves out of the way of hearts, armor and air bubbles automatically. Boss bars (Wither, Ender Dragon, raids) are pushed down so nothing overlaps.

📸 Screenshot friendly. It hides with F1 and when the F3 debug screen is open.

⚙️ Settings in one key

Press H in game (or use Mod Menu on Fabric / the Mods list on NeoForge and Forge) and turn on or off every piece: day counter, clock, bar, time format and position. Changes apply instantly, no restart needed.

Requirements

  • Fabric: Fabric Loader + Fabric API (Mod Menu recommended)
  • NeoForge / Forge: nothing else!

Client-side only: install it just on your game. It works on any server and your friends don't need it.
