No Elytra Flight

This mod disables elytra flight while still allowing players to equip elytra. It works by blocking elytra events for all entities, disabling elytra flight/fall flying.

This mod is effective on both the server and the client, whether in singleplayer or multiplayer (if you really wanted to, you could install it on your client and use it on a public multiplayer server)

Currently there is no configuation, but below is a list of things I plan to add:

• Dimension whitelist/blacklist
• Player whitelist/blacklist
• Mod Menu toggle for singleplayer
• Disable elytra fireworks
