Revamped the dimenions, portals, and how you light them
Revamped the portals, how you light them, and what biomes/dimensions there are.
Updated to version 1.21.5, not tested on other versions, it should work for all 1.21 versions, that'll be tested later.
Changed some stuff, though its been a while, not sure what exactly is new and what isnt. Also added pale gardens
