Blockgame+ 1.20.0
A huge community + chat update - a two-way Discord bridge, who's-online presence, an in-game bulletin board, new mod tools, and more.
β¨ New
- Discord chat bridge - in-game general chat now mirrors to your community Discord with each player's name + Minecraft head, and messages from Discord show up in your game chat. It even posts when the last modded player logs off and when someone returns. Turn it on in Settings -> Community. (self addable discord bot coming soon)
- Who's online - opt in to see when other Blockgame+ players join or leave the server, and list everyone on with
/bgplus online. Settings -> Community. - Server bulletin board - community staff can post announcements that greet you on join;
/bgplus boardshows the current board anytime. - Show durability as a number - a damaged item's remaining durability (or a percentage) shows right on its slot instead of the bar. Settings -> General. (A built-in replacement for the DuraView mod.)
- Coin rate above or below - choose whether the coins/hr (or /min) line sits above or below your balance. Settings -> Coin Counter.
- Toggle stats with a Ctrl tap - prefer not to hold Ctrl for the stat panel? Turn this on in Settings -> General and a Ctrl tap latches it on/off in any inventory.
π§ Behind the scenes
- Update checks can now flag an essential update - when a release would break the server, out-of-date clients are asked to update before rejoining.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
