BlommsomEQ - Tack Library

This version adds:

• higher leg wraps space, so they can go over the whole leg
• halters and bridles now render nose and ears, so your fly masks can now cover ears
• breast collars can now go over the neck
• compatibility with BlossomEQ, Tre's Tack and Bagek's Equiney Addon Mods
