Boat FPS uncapper

Uncaps your fps to the desired value when driving in a boat. This mod is OFF by default, simply switch it ON from ModMenu, where you can select the desired FPS that you'll have while in a boat. With this mod you can have a smooth driving while not losing performance when you are not driving.
