Bonecraft
Walk the path of a necromancer — summon minions, gather resources, corrupt villagers, and build your own dark dominion.

Bonecraft is a necromancy, summoning, and colony automation mod inspired by village-management games and designed to fit naturally into Minecraft's world.
Your summons aren't temporary combat buffs. They're persistent minions living and working within your domain.
Raise workers, construct specialized workstations, automate production, and grow a thriving necropolis alongside your journey as a necromancer.

Features
Create Your Colony
Raise your minions and put them to work.
- Gather resources for summoning
- Raise warriors and workers
- Assign jobs and responsibilities
- Build housing and infrastructure
- Expand your growing necropolis
Your summons persist in the world and become part of the colony you build.
Specialized Workers
Not every undead servant needs to hold a sword.
Current professions include:
- 🌾 Farmer
- 🪓 Woodcutter
- 🎣 Fisher
- ⚔️ Guard
- ...with many more to come
Workers perform their tasks autonomously, helping keep your colony productive while you're building, exploring, or practicing darker forms of magic.
Corrupt Villagers
Not everyone needs to be undead to serve you.
Bonecraft introduces Corruption as a new Villager mechanic. Slowly lure villagers onto a darker path and transform them into loyal acolytes.
- Villager Corruption system
- Corruption meter
- Acolyte transformation
- New professions

Mod Compatibility
Bonecraft is designed to work naturally alongside other mods rather than becoming an isolated progression system.
Tested compatibility includes:
-
Companion — helps prevent accidental attacks against your companions and summons.
-
Friendly Fire — protects owned entities from friendly-fire damage.
-
Create — fluids and containers are compatible with create automation.

Why Bonecraft?
Bonecraft focuses on colony management first.
Unlike traditional tech mods, progression comes from organizing your minions, constructing infrastructure, managing resources, and building a functioning settlement rather than simply crafting increasingly complex machines.
Your power isn't measured by the machine in your basement.
It's measured by the army outside it.
Planned Features
Bonecraft is actively developed, with many systems still planned for future updates.
Upcoming additions include:
- More summon professions
- Improved combat AI
- Raids
- Unique hostile creatures
- Expanded magic and occult content
- More colony-management mechanics
- More automation and mod compatibility
