Boom Seeds

Add a new craftable item "Boom Seeds" to the game that can be thrown causing a small explosion which breaks blocks.

This is an early game mining alternative for we when want to delay pickaxes until a bit later but still want users to engage the world and not get stuck anywhere.

And they're fun!
