Changes from 1.2.12 (git only) and 1.2.13

Made Dark Oak trees check if blocks are replaceable before putting logs down.

Stopped carpet from randomly ticking.

Improved some functions used in structure placement logic such as clearCurrentPositionBlocksUpwards and getTopSolidOrLiquidBlock.

A second possible fix for LLibrary crashing on startup has been introduced.

Fixed some mistakes in a few config descriptions.

Added a blacklist for Extra Utilities Golden Lasso.
