Armor now gives 1 saturation every 20 seconds Thorns now does half a heart to attacker per hit

Makes the full set give 1 saturation every five seconds instead of saturation 1 (the effect) so it is more balanced

Full armor set gives 1 saturation (effect) instead of 1 saturation every 5 seconds
