Carpet Addition for the FZ server

Features

1. Camera Mode(commandCameraMode)

• options:true false ops 1 2 3 4
• use:/carpet commandCameraMode <options>
• info:Allows players to toggle between Spectator and Survival modes (players can use /c (Spectator) and /s (Survival) to switch)

2. Whitelist fake player(spawnWhitelistedFakePlayer)

• default:false
• options:true false
• use:/carpet spawnWhitelistedFakePlayer <options>
• info:Allows spawn fake player on the whitelist; by default, Carpet cannot spawn fake player on the whitelist unless the whitelist is enabled
