Adds a bright ❗ exclamation mark above a rail when 2 or more minecarts are placed on the same rail, making it easy to spot when someone is setting up a minecart overload.

The mod also adds a red warning ring around the carts, extending 4 blocks outward, so you can quickly see the danger area and avoid getting carted through blocks.
