Updated to 7.3_04 and to Halplibe 5.3.0!
- No longer requires TerrainAPI or Dragonfly, models have been remade in code and generation done with mixin
- Swamps have gotten an overhaul with big dripleafs and vines
- Permafrost copper ore has been added
- Lightning rod should work much better as a conductor now
- Axolotls are currently unfinished
- Some textures have been cleaned up/tweaked
