Overview

Compared with other chain-mining mods for Minecraft 1.12.2, ChainMining provides more precise block-matching modes and visual feedback, giving you better control over which blocks are mined.

Features

• Wireframe Preview — View blocks that will be chain-mined before mining.
• Adjustable Search Range — Adjust the neighbor distance checked during each scan (1–5). In Shapeless mode, higher values expand the checked area. In Directional and 3×3 Tunnel modes, the value controls the allowed consecutive empty layers.
• Multiple Chain Shapes — Supports Shapeless, Directional, and 3×3 Tunnel mining.
• Multiple Match Modes — Supports Meta, NBT, Meta + NBT, and Registry Only matching.
• Unloaded-Chunk Protection — Prevents force-loading chunks during scanning and execution.
• Preview Color Configuration — Customize the preview outline with an ARGB hexadecimal color.
• Sneak Growth — Grow eligible crops within range while sneaking.

Chain Shapes

Use Activation Hotkey + Shift + Mouse Wheel to switch shapes.

• Shapeless — Expands outward from the target block.
• Directional — Extends in the direction of the targeted block.
• 3×3 Tunnel — Advances in the facing direction with a 3×3 cross-section.

Match Modes

Use Activation Hotkey + Shift + Ctrl + Mouse Wheel to switch match modes.

• Meta — Matches by block registry name and Meta value.
• NBT — Matches by block registry name and configured NBT whitelist.
• Meta + NBT — Matches by block registry name, Meta value, and configured NBT whitelist.
• Registry Only — Matches by block registry name only.
