Chaos Companions
Bind blocks as loyal companions that follow you and grant powerful buffs — but chaos comes with a price.
Your companions aren't just pets. They're unpredictable, dangerous, and absolutely chaotic.
How It Works
- Craft a Soul Orb — your gateway to binding magic
- Right-click any block while holding the orb to bind it as your companion
- Watch it follow you and grant unique powers based on what block it is
- Survive the chaos — because your friends might betray you
Companion Buffs
Each block type gives different effects:
| Block | Buff |
|---|---|
| Diamond Block | Resistance + Damage Boost |
| Netherite Block | Full armor suite + Strength |
| Emerald Block | Speed + Haste |
| Redstone Block | Haste + Dig Speed |
| Glowstone | Speed + Jump Boost |
| TNT | Strength... but at what cost? 💣 |
| Sculk Block | Night Vision + Darkness |
| Obsidian | Resistance + Slowness (tank mode) |
...and more! Every block has something.
Chaos Mechanics
Risk & Reward
Some companions come with built-in downsides:
- TNT Companion → Strength, but might explode near you
- Sculk Companion → Night Vision, but triggers Darkness
Random Chaos Rolls
Every ~5 minutes, your companion triggers an unpredictable event:
- Particle spectacles and burst effects
- Brief debuffs
- Rare special events
- Or nothing at all...
Instability Over Time
Companions don't last forever:
- Slowly destabilize (~80 minutes)
- Eventually fizzle out and drop the original block
- Forces you to rotate your loadout
Features
- Bind ANY block as a companion
- Unique buffs per block type
- 3 chaos systems for unpredictability
- Particle effects and visual feedback
- Instability forces gameplay variety
- Fabric mod, client-side optional
Requirements
- Minecraft:

Beta Release
Things might be unbalanced. Things might explode unexpectedly. That's literally the point.
