Player Trap Charged Creepers killing players will (configurably) make them drop their head, (configurably, again) with their skin's texture.

Overworld Drops Wither Skeleton Drops Player Heads Very many entities heads (configurably) can be dropped.

Washing Player heads with skins can be washed into default skins.

Gamerules

All features added by this mod can be configured (by Operators) server-side.

playerHeadDrop: Players killed by Charged-Creepers may drop a head.
playerHeadDropTextures: When player drop heads, they will use their players' texture.
playerHeadTextureWashing: Textured player heads may be untextured with a Cauldron of water.
maxHeadDropCount: Maximum heads drop from a single Charged-Creepers' kills; when negative, limits are disabled.
