Age Progression
This mod adds a full crafting progression system tracked through an in-game guide book. Instead of crafting whatever you want from the start, you have to advance through distinct ages — and each age's key items stay locked until you've completed that age's tasks.
The Ages
- Wood Age — the starting point
- Stone Age
- Copper Age
- Iron Age
- Diamond Age
- Netherite Age
You can't craft an age's critical items until you've finished the previous age's tasks. No skipping ahead.
How it works
- Open the guide book anytime to see your current age and remaining tasks.
- Complete each age's objectives to unlock the next tier of crafting.
- Track your overall progress right inside the book — no guesswork about what's next.
Why use this mod?
- Gives early-to-late game survival a clear sense of pacing and purpose.
- Great for SMP servers wanting a structured, milestone-driven progression.
- The guide book keeps players oriented without needing external wikis or guides.
Compatibility
- Works on [Fabric]
- Both client and server installs are required — crafting restrictions are enforced server-side, while the guide book UI runs client-side.
