Fixed many bugs with the TelAnchor after a ton of effort. They're far from perfect, but here's my progress...
Spoiler
They now have a counter, although in trying to negate the counter, I made a mess of the code, so I'll be fixing that soon. You'll notice (I'm unsure if this is new or old) there are two properties, one is new and the other is old, on the TelAnchor. One is known as "Set," determining if the player has set a teleport there, and the other is "pending," my attempt to make it so that if a telanchor is placed nearby and then destroyed, the block will not stop spawning mobs even if the area is technically clear to, the player is set, and they're still listed in the list.
I'm unsure if the players are dependant on the specific block or player, for example if a player sets their coordinates onto a block at x, y, z, and another player sets their coordinates onto x +60, y + 2, and z -12, if either those players will wind up at the other persons' anchor or if they may both teleport to the same one. This is also a bug.
Unfortunately, cross dimensional teleportation is still not supported with this at this time- This is yet another bug.
The final thing I'd like to say is that this block is mostly done! Apart from the internal code (Seperate, or instance based player lists, teleporting across dimensions, making sure that it can't be countered, maybe a bit of balancing) this block feels 75-85% complete!!
Anyway... That's it from me, enjoy!!

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
