“The Overhaul Update”
🧱 General Changes:
- Rewrote the CurseForge description
- Cleaned and optimized the workspace (lighter mod)
- Changed creative tab order
- Updated tooltips (Ancient Ring, Ancient Egg)
- Changed and added some recipes
🐲 Drakvyrns:
- Completely revamped with new animations, AI, and mechanics
- No longer directly tameable — requires an egg to hatch and tame the baby
- Drakvyrns can now spawn as cute baby versions
- Increased knockback resistance
- Reduced shadow size
- Drakvyrns now bite and set targets on fire
- Rebalanced stats (buffed overall)
- Fire variants now use the “On Fire” effect (burns indefinitely)
- Colors are now defined by the biome they spawn in
- Purple Drakvyrn is now End-exclusive and the most powerful variant, shooting Ender Dragon fireballs
- Renamed Blue → Warped Drakvyrn, Crimson → Amaranth Drakvyrn
- Added new particles for some variants
🐉 Draklets:
- Now a single unified entity, functions as before
- Reworked AI
- Adjusted hitbox and drops
- Added Draklet Armors
- Now affected by lightning (no longer immune)
🧊 Drozen:
- Faster taming process
- Slightly improved health and attack
- Removed “rideable” text from name
🌊 New Creature — The Drakthal:
- New aquatic drake species
- Can be tamed with Coral Treats
- Comes with unique items and related content
🌍 Structures & Worldgen:
- Structures now spawn in modded biomes
- Drakvyrn Hand Structure now only spawns in mountains, hills, and forest biomes
- Structure rarity and frequency rebalanced (more common overall)
- Updated and optimized existing structures

Drakvyrns v2.5.5
This update’s a bit small but convenient. Don’t worry — I’m already thinking about new mechanics and quality-of-life updates for my entities, just don’t have the time right now. But this little patch does the job pretty well ;P
**Changelog: ** -Archived the 1.21 file of the mod since Adorned Mod was removed and Curios is buggy with it :((
-Removed Drakvyrn Hearts and replaced them with Drakvyrn Eggs → now when you find a Drakvyrn Hand structure, you’ll have no choice but to kill it to get the Egg and tame your own Drakvyrn
-Tamed Drakvyrns no longer drop anything on death
-Draklets can now swim
-Increased base damage and durability of some weapons due to their rarity (ancient weapons)
-Decreased Drave spawn rate
-Added new tags for Armageddon integration
-Made some structures less rare so you can enjoy the mod more ;))
