This mod clips overflowing button text with scrolling animation and adds 6px paddings to the every UI button in the game. Like in the new Minecraft versions (>1.13)

[1] The example is shown in the Xaero's Minimap settings menu in the Russian localisation, where the text did not fit within the buttons
