CobbleCuisine v2.0.0 Changelog
Note - This is an alpha version, so there might be undiscovered bugs or issues. Please report any issues at the GitHub repository, and describe proper steps to reproduce the issue, along with the logs.
Backend Changes:
-
The mod has been rewritten from the ground up in Java by @easymochi, so it no longer requires any other dependencies besides Cobblemon and MS, and has a huge performance boost.
-
Added integration with ModMenu.
-
As a result of this massive rewrite, many items have been moved around for convenience and efficiency. Some items have been removed. If upgrading from a previous version of the mod, they will still appear but not have any effect.
-
Previously made worlds should not be affected negatively by the update, however, make a backup before installing just to be safe.
-
Configs can now be changed through a json file. Nearly every effect is now configurable, but do not set the nonWeightMultipliers to 0, the game will crash!
Foods Changed:
-
Curries now serve as the food type that handles all Type Spawns, with 18 Curries now in the mod, with updated recipes.
-
Sandwiches are changed to offer Tera Type Spawns and are now 19 in number with new looks and updated recipes.
-
Deluxe Shakes now have new, powerful effects but with harder recipes. Regular Shakes (Multi-Color variety) have been removed. Single color shakes remain unchanged.
-
Drinks are now the foods for EV Yield Spawns.
-
Poke Puffs and Malasadas have had their friendship modifiers updated ad adjusted for balance.
New Foods!
-
Two new varieties of Beans: Violet Bean and Indigo Bean.
-
9 new Curries and 9+ new Sandwiches, as mentioned above.
-
Added Salads, which allow spawns based on Natures.
-
Added Candied Berries, partly inspired by the Golden Berries in the Let's Go games - that are now the items that boost Catch Rate, Exp Gain, Shiny Spawns and high IV Spawns.
-
New Effects for Deluxe Shakes: Level-Up, Dynamax Level-Up, Full Restore Effect, PP Max Effect, Clear EVs Effect, and learning Egg Moves.
CobbleCuisine 1.2 Changelog
Note: This is still in beta, so back up your worlds before installing.
- Added Cakes (inspired by Pokemon Legends Arceus) that allow for Egg Group-based spawning
- Added Shakes (inspired by the Juice Shoppe in Pokemon X/Y) which raise Pokemon EVs. Berries are sorted into three groups and six colours; mixing berries of different categories can get you more powerful Shakes. (Use JEI to see the tags)
- Added Jigglypuff Fruity Flan, Clodsire Eclair, Bulk-Up Bean Curry, Hustle Protein Smoothie (inspired by foods in Pokemon Sleep)
- The Flan and the Eclair allow for Tiny and Giant Spawns respectively.
- The Curry and the Smoothie boost Catch Rate and Exp Gain respectively, doubling both when active
- Added Dubious Food, that provides a Repel Effect
- Type Spawns no longer completely negate other spawns (EV Yield Spawns still do)
- Other minor tweaks to some recipes
- Added localization for Chinese and Italian languages (credits to Thirace and imMary for the help!)
The TL;DR Version:
Added more foods, including Poke Puffs, Malasadas, Beans (with Beanstalks), Drinks from Cafe Remix, along with other dishes. New Spawn Powers include EV Yield Power, IV Power and Shiny Power.
The Long Version:
1. NEW SPAWN POWERS: Added new food items (based on Scarlet/Violet restaurant dishes) that give the following Effects:
-
EV Yield Power: Pokemon with EV Yields of specific Stats will spawn; an effect for each Stat.
-
IV Power: Pokemon are likely to spawn with higher IVs.
-
Shiny Power: Increased chance to spawn Shiny Pokemon.
2. POKEPUFFS AND MALASADAS:
These are food items from the games that can be used to raise the Friendship of your Pokemon. While all Poke Puffs will have an identical Friendship boost, the Friendship boost from Malasadas will depend on the Pokemon's nature.
3. BEANS:
Added Poke Beans, which come in different colours (Red, Blue, Green, Yellow and Orange).
Bean Seeds can be obtained from Short Grass, and can be planted to grow into Beanstalks. Beans can also be found inside Chests in Villages.
Along with other ingredients, Beans are used to make the new food items added in this update. Beans, Poke Puffs and Malasadas are normally usable on owned Pokemon, but they can also be consumed by the player if sneaking, with all of them giving unique Effects.
4. DRINKS:
Added the Fruit Punch from Scarlet / Violet, and also added four more Drinks from Cafe ReMix:
- Teddiursa Iced Coffee
- Lilligant Floral Tea
- Miltank Mix Au Lait
- Bouncy Brionne Soda
Note: The mod is still in beta. Make sure to backup your world and data before installing!
(Also, textures may look a little WIP.)
