Changes
🌍 Village Spawning Improvements
- Villages now spawn more frequently and have a wider variety of sizes.
- New /locate commands:
/locate structure bca:villages→ Finds the nearest village./locate structure bca:village/small/locate structure bca:village/mid/locate structure bca:village/large
🛒 Pokémart Changes
- Every Pokémart now spawns two shopkeepers:
- One sells the usual general-use items.
- The second is a fully random shopkeeper for variety.
💰 Loot System Update
- All decor chests now contain loot! No more empty barrels—expect useful and thematic items.
🐛 Bug Fixes & Optimizations
- Various fixes and refinements to improve performance and village structure integrity.
📂 Versioning & File Naming Update
- Moving forward, the file name format will be: BCA-Datapack-{version number}_C{Compatible Cobblemon version}_M{Compatible Minecraft version}.zip
pgsql Copy Edit
- Example:
BCA-Datapack-3.3_C1.4.0_M1.21.1.zip - On Modrinth, only the mod version will be displayed (e.g.,
3.2).
⏳ General Edition Update Cycle Change
- This will likely be the last major update for the General Edition for the next 9-12 months other than a potential update where we may integrate with cobbledollars.
- Future efforts will be fully focused on the Patreon Community Edition.
- The Community Edition will eventually be made public once it is stable and complete.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
