Cobblemon Mega Showdown - Tera Shard Conversion

Adds type conversion recipes for Mega Showdown Tera Shards, crafting 2 shards together with a super-effective type relationship will override weak shard's typing. Normal and Dragon can be converted from Stellar. Stellar can be converted from types which are super-effective against themselves.
