Removed defeat pokemon tasks from Abra, Magikarp, Cosmog, Cosmoem, you probably have to delete the jsons for those pokemon in your config folder if you already played a previous version in the same instance

Reduced requirements for the last overall task completion rewards from 100% to 95%
- Added a new task type Ex: (Ride Venussaur for 3000 Blocks")

- Now the game will remember the last pokemon you clicked on the task list and the next time you open the UI it will be on said pokemon (keyword "clicked")

- Changed the json system of the tasks to include a system that registers the tasks that have been used in the config so that future task additions dont reset your json changes (due to this system being only implemented now any changes you made to the task jsons will be changed, and have extra tasks)
Assured compatibility with Cobblemon 1.7
Full 1.0 release along with all its features, new item "Research Book", new ui for it and over 6000 tasks for all 1025 pokemon.
As of now there are 7 possible tasks and all 1025 have 5-7 of these, (Wartortle who has all 7 as example):
- Evolve Squirtle into Wartle (0/1)
- Defeat Pokémon with Wartortle (0/20)
- Defeat Flygon with Wartortle (0/3)
- Defeat Grass-type Pokémon with Wartortle (0/10)
- Reach 80+ friendship with Wartortle (0/80)
- Level up Wartortle (0/25)
- Fish up Wartortle (0/2)
