Cobblemon Smartphone

Implement a hotkey to quickly open the smartphone from the player's inventory.

Add SmartphoneAction and SmartphoneActionRegistry APIs to allow creating custom smartphone addons in your mods. (See the GitHub repository for more information.)

Implement paged navigation in the smartphone when more than six buttons/actions are present.
