CodArmor is a tactical combat and armor mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1, inspired by the fast-paced gameplay and equipment systems of the Call of Duty series.

The mod adds a customizable tactical body armor system with armor plates, specialized perks, healing mechanics, reconnaissance abilities, stealth protection, and throwable combat equipment. Players can build their own combat configuration, install armor plates, activate useful perks, and adapt their equipment to different PvP situations.

Tactical Body Armor:

The body armor provides additional protection through a separate armor plate system. Armor plates absorb incoming damage before the player’s health is affected. Plates can be installed, repaired, and regenerated depending on the player’s equipment and active perks. The body armor also increases all health regeneration and healing by 50%.

Perk System:

CodArmor includes a collection of specialized perks that allow players to create different combat builds.

Tempered - Improves the defensive capabilities of the body armor.
Sprinter - Improves mobility and provides regeneration while sprinting.
Medic - Regenerates armor plates over time and improves combat sustain.
Climber - Reduces fall damage and provides periodic health regeneration.
Ghost - Hides the player from standard reconnaissance mechanics.
Scout - Helps detect and reveal enemies.
Grenadier - Applies movement and healing penalties to enemies affected by explosions.
Quick Fix - Accelerates armor plate installation and activates temporary health regeneration after a kill.
Alertness - Warns the player when an enemy is nearby or watching from the side or behind.
Cold-Blooded - Protects the player from Alertness and prevents their presence and viewing direction from being revealed.
Specialist - Combines the effects of the regular perks and grants additional passive combat abilities.

Specialist:

Specialist is an advanced armor configuration that combines the effects of the regular perks into one complete tactical setup. It also includes a special Anti-One-Shot ability. If a single attack would instantly kill a Specialist player, the damage is canceled and the player survives with 10 HP. Fall damage is excluded from this protection. When activated, the ability fully consumes the armor plates and becomes available again after the player restores full health and full armor.

Healing and Regeneration:

CodArmor provides several independent healing and regeneration systems. Stim and Quick Fix restore health over time, while Medic regenerates armor plates after a delay. Sprinter, Climber, and Specialist provide additional passive regeneration effects. These systems are designed to work together with the body armor’s 50% healing bonus without replacing their original cooldowns, durations, or activation conditions.

Throwing Knives:

Throwing knives provide a fast and precise alternative to firearms. They use a custom 3D model and texture, feature an increased projectile speed, have a 1-second cooldown, and can be stacked up to 6 items. Knives can damage players and mobs, deal damage to the Ender Dragon, and destroy End Crystals.

Reconnaissance and Stealth:

CodArmor introduces a tactical detection system based on the interaction between Scout, Ghost, Alertness, and Cold-Blooded. Scout helps reveal enemies, Ghost provides protection from standard reconnaissance, Alertness warns players about nearby threats, and Cold-Blooded prevents Alertness from detecting the wearer or revealing the direction of their gaze.

Combat Experience:

Players equip tactical body armor, install armor plates, choose perks, use healing equipment, and fight with firearms and throwing knives. Every perk supports a different playstyle: aggressive movement, stealth, reconnaissance, regeneration, explosive combat, or direct survivability. CodArmor is designed to work especially well with modern weapon mods and team-based PvP gameplay.
