- Fixed crash with mannequins

Just some fixes here and there, not a whole lot going on.
- Fixed the inventory swap keybind not working properly and added better sounds to it
- Fixed the HUD render item pop animation when first being put in the back or belt slot to perfectly match vanilla instead of being whatever jank thing it was before
- Fixed back/belt item shake not being consistent with really high or low fps
- Made the enchantment particles follow the back and belt slot renders instead of having a hardcoded position
- Changed enchantment particle chance config to a float
- Actually fixed all of the rendering bugs now
- Actual cape fix but I'm leaving the other one up because it's funny
- Fix for jiggle being stuttery when large playtime (?)
