New features and life quality changes

  1. Normal players/flags sync
  2. New commands with MultiFlags(CTF) CTF new dirrection in CommandMod that add flags with their own zone and timer. If player in one flag zone that player see timer and messages about flag status. When flag captured message get all players on the server
