no functional changes. just adapted to changes between 1.20.4 and 1.20.6.

fixed a bug where client config was ignored. not like anyone noticed we have three nice config files.
effects configurable through json file now.
food categories can be changed through tags. IMC deprecated but still in there.
effects no longer hardcoded - find a json in config dir. added item tags for food categories. IMC is deprecated.
