Cooldown reset

A mod that adds a single command that allows the player to reset the item's cooldown, such as the Edge Pearl or the shield after hitting with a axe. It is compatible with mods that also use this mechanic, such as Terramity or Mother of Sky (WIP). There may be issues with animations
